ABOUT YOUR BOOKING

- No refund or transfer your reservation is possible within seven (7) days prior to arrival.
- The reservation fee of $ 6 are charged for each site leased.
- Full payment of booking a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of booking.
- All cancellations or changes to a booking must be done during office hours. No message on the answering machine on this matter will be considered.
- A fee of $ 6 will be responsible for a change request to the drop of a booking received in time.
- For a booking made during pre-season (before the opening of the Park), 30% of the total reservation is non refundable at any time.
- Any customer who does not submit will be 24 hours after the date of arrival without notifying the Park will see its location rented by the night, and from 13.30 each day. A message on the answering machine to notify a delay will be accepted.
- The person responsible for reservation is the discipline of his group and breakage can be made in the park by members of this group. The person responsible will pay for such damage.

ABOUT YOUR STAY (Camping or visit daily)

- The arrival time is 13:30, hours of departure is 13h.
- No entry for visitors and guests of campers after 20h. These visitors and guests must leave the park no later than 22 hours.
- It is strictly forbidden to feed all the animals in the park, pick plants, fungi, flowers, cut and collect firewood.
- Pets are allowed but must always be kept on a leash. These animals are prohibited on beaches.
- The maximum speed allowed on the field is 10 km / h.
- Campfires are only allowed on camping sites (for locations) and the homes of the picnic shelters.
- It is forbidden to behave in order to harm others and to use equipment including a noisy generator.
- A maximum of six persons is allowed per campsite. Only one equipment and one vehicle by ground , located within the site are allowed. For a 2nd equipment, you must obtain permission from the staff of the home as an additional amount is requested.
-A curfew is in force throughout the park all day from 23 am to 8 am the next morning. During this period, noise may be heard nearby the location is not allowed.
- The fireworks and pyrotechnic devices are prohibited at all times within the Park River Batiscan.

- The glass containers are prohibited on beaches.
- Access to beaches is prohibited after 21 pm each night.
